Amethyst is ostensibly human-looking apart from her sheep parts, the fact that she is purple, and the gemstone inexplicably embedded in her sternum. Physically she is in her late teens/early 20s, although she is actually six thousand years old. She's about 5' tall at a generous estimate, and usually wears loose-fitting shirts with leggings – although now that her thighs are covered in wool, she is less about pants.

She currently lives in Bavan with Steven, Pearl, Garnet, Lapis and Connie.
